What is RedotPay Mobile Top-Up?

Mobile Top-Up is an in-app service for buying prepaid airtime, bundles or data plans for a supported mobile number. RedotPay's current Help Center says coverage extends to more than 100 countries and regions and explicitly includes India in its published examples.

This is a phone recharge flow, not a card top-up, crypto deposit, UPI payment or postpaid bill-payment service. Open More on the app home screen and look for Mobile top-up. If the option, Indian number or operator is not shown, app availability is final.

Use it only for an active prepaid number.
Treat app coverage as newer than any article or screenshot.

How to recharge an Indian prepaid number

Choose India, enter the full mobile number, review the detected operator, select one of the fixed amounts or plans shown, and read the checkout total before confirming. The system can identify the carrier automatically, but RedotPay says users should manually correct it when the detected operator is wrong.

Number portability matters. If the number moved to another network, select the current operator rather than the original operator. Pehle number aur operator match karo; a wrong successful recharge is not refundable.

Country and phone-number origin must match.
Use the current operator after mobile number portability.
Only fixed values shown for that number can be selected.

Payment, price and supported balance

The official guide says checkout can use account balance, Credit or other third-party options available to that user. It also names USDC, USDT, BTC, ETH and other supported currencies as possible settlement choices, but the exact list on the checkout screen is the account-specific answer.

RedotPay describes the displayed Mobile Top-Up price as all-inclusive, with service fees and exchange rates already included and no extra fee added at checkout. Compare the plan value with the final amount shown because a fixed checkout price can still differ from the face value or an operator's direct offer.

Official limits to check before repeated recharges

The current Help Center lists a maximum of 150 USD per transaction. It also lists daily limits of 150 USD per phone number and 300 USD per RedotPay account UID, plus a monthly limit of 500 USD per phone number.

A separate frequency rule allows top-ups to a maximum of five different numbers per hour. These are published service limits, not a promise that every Indian number or account receives the maximum; lower operator, risk or account limits can still appear in the app.

Monthly: up to 500 USD per number; five different numbers per hour.

Delivery time, processing status and duplicate-order risk

Most top-ups are described as completing within one to five minutes. In uncommon network delays, delivery can take up to two hours. A Processing status means the request has reached the operator and is waiting for confirmation.

Do not submit the same recharge again while the first order is processing. Duplicate orders can create a second charge or send the same value twice. Check the number's balance directly because carrier SMS alerts can arrive late.

Normal range: about one to five minutes.
Allow up to two hours for operator delay.
Do not duplicate a Processing order.

Cancellation, wrong number and failed-order refund

RedotPay states that a submitted top-up cannot be cancelled or undone. If a recharge succeeds on the wrong number, the credit cannot be reversed or refunded. That makes the final phone-number and amount review the most important control in the flow.

If the carrier confirms that the top-up failed, RedotPay says the system automatically returns the amount to the USDT balance, usually within ten minutes. Save the order status and transaction details; if the status remains unclear after the stated window, use official support and the local operator rather than retrying blindly.
