RedotPay Points are an in-app reward unit connected to activities such as spending, referring friends or completing missions. They are not the same as wallet crypto, fiat balance, cashback already credited, a transferable token or money owed by RedotPay.

For Indian users, the useful rule is simple: value exists only through the current redemption options shown in the app. Do not assign a cash value from social posts or assume a point can be sent to another account.

The official Help Center currently names three broad routes: spending, referring friends and completing in-app missions. A qualifying action, rate, cap and credit time can change, so the points actually credited to the account are the final record.

Why a points balance can become negative

If a transaction that earned points is refunded or reversed, the related points can be deducted. When the current balance is too small to cover that deduction, the points balance can become negative.

Prize draws and ticket redemption

The official Points page says users can choose an available prize and redeem points for tickets. Each ticket receives a unique number, and the draw begins after all tickets for that prize are taken.

Points are deducted immediately when a ticket is redeemed. The entry cannot be withdrawn and the points are not refunded if the ticket does not win. Read prize eligibility, number of tickets, close condition and calculation explanation in the current app before confirming.
